Our annual Friday Night Chow Down kicks off Waterfowl Weekend on Friday, December 5th. Take your pick of many delicious chowders and stews offered by local chefs and prized family recipes.

Welcome back special guests MOLASSES CREEK to add a touch of Ocracoke traditional music to the night!

Plus a “Tater Pie Tasting” to compete for the 2025 “Best Sweet Potato Pie Down East” award.

This is a ticketed event. Each ticket includes four cups of your choice, plus cornbread, dessert and tea/soft drink of your choice. Food will be served amidst the Christmas lights on the Museum grounds Friday night. Cash bar will be available.
