Grow Fitness & Wellness will offer a personalized InBody scan from their friends at Crystal Coast Wellness & Performance.

It takes place on Saturday, November 23, 2024 from 7:30 – 9 am.

The InBody scan results in a report with metrics including weight, total skeletal muscle mass, total body fat, total body water and a full segmental muscle and fat analysis.
