Adjacent to the N.C. State Wildlife Boat Ramp, Curtis Perry Park features picnic areas, walking piers with magnificent views and public restrooms. The park is handicap accessible.
Often referred to as the Taylor’s Creek Boat Ramp, the State Wildlife boat launch has two boat ramps and is an ideal location to launch your boat or kayak. Rachel Carson Reserve, home to over 30 wild horses is located directly across from the public boat ramp.
This public parking area has 31 spaces for vehicles with boat trailers.

The property is owned by the Town of Beaufort and is adjacent to the North Carolina Wildlife Resources Commission’s Boat Ramp.
Curtis Perry Park is also home to kayak storage facility available to all town residents through the annual kayak lottery. Vessels on the rack must have proper identification displayed.
